How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Peak Hiking (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is the second tent, from the first I drove the bike on a small hike. Great Tent, 5 minutes, zippers work well. You need to understand that this is just a good average thing. One should not expect that it will withstand some kind of nasty week-long rains, hardly. But for an ordinary hike, a very worthy product. There is ventilation, there is a hook for the lantern. In general, you can safely take. For two people, not fully full, you will not fall apart, of course, but calmly on your side.
Great tent. Without defects. The seams are smooth, glued. Very satisfied.
Excellent tent. I am very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. The communication with the seller was also very good.
Quality but small. Two adult men will not fit. If you do not often go hiking, then it is better to take it cheaper.
Delivered to Istanbul in about 20 days. I could not install it and try it in the camp, but it is already a known product. The seller had packed reliable and very nice. The product was not damaged at the slightest. Thank you. I got my tent in 20 days to Istanbul Turkey. I havent tried it yet the tent is well known. Great tent bought on sale ~ 5500, good execution, quality materials. Assembly takes 10 minutes The overnight stay in the forest at a temperature of-1 went well, although you still need to test it in the wind and rain, in the mountains, the structure is even without driving in Pegs

Looks like a good tent. All parts together, just under 1900g. Easy to build. Haven't tried sleeping in it yet.

done a trial setup in a nearby park and all seems as advertised. hopefully the zipper is tough, and would be nice to have a side pocket inside the tent. Easy to set up, easy to take down. pretty good head space in the tent, much nicer than my old one. looking forward to trying it in the wild.
The most light and nadiyniy namet. I can put in the cob of the awning, pulling the frame on the futprint, and then whizz the middle (and not get wet on the plaid for the part). As such, the ability to get stronger in the inner city without a Tarpent and spati will be able to use the sky. On the vidm of the one-time double-sleep, it is possible to stand without colishchiv, that will be the case of the vitrostiikistale. Futprint is able to put in a chokhol until all the way (tight, let to suck), chokhol Z togorz to the mother and namet, through water penetration. Znuansv-rusnya Dosi essnut, ale sell here to what. It's easier to put on hard bliskavki, ale I think to open up.
